'Demo-ing' kit from Poseidon is easy, simply let us know what you'd like to try and when then collect it from Poseidon HQ on either Sandbanks or Newquay and try it out for up to 3 hours free of charge.

Having booked in we will confirm the session 24 hours before having seen the weather forecast. There is a chance we would reschedule demos in adverse conditions.
If you choose to cancel let us know in advance.

A safe and self sufficient level is required (proof with certification, reference or an assessment session might be required).
3rd Party Liability Kitesurf insurance is required for kite demos.

How long can I can take it for?

We set a time limit of 3 hours from taking it to returning it.
Any extra time will be charged at our standard rental rate.

Equipment can be collected anytime from 9am. Equipment must be returned before dusk.

Please note: At busy times we may need to shorten this time, you would be notified of this before collection of kit.

Can I take kite kit away from the Harbour?

Yes, so long as you leave us with ID and return it back within 3 hours.

Your ability will need to be adequate to ride elsewhere and we might ask you to prove this with certifications, a reference or an assessment session.

Please note: At busy times we may not be able to offer this, you would be notified of any restrictions before collection of kit.

Do you have every option available to try?

We have every model listed in this form but not every single size in the range.
When booking make a note of what size you'd ideally like, we'll be in touch with alternatives if needed.

Can I take more than 1 item at a time

We'd like to say yes, but it depends on demand. We can advise if it possible on the day before collection.
If you plan to demo from inside Poole Harbour it is more likely you can chop and change kit.

What if the kit gets damaged

Thats on you. Should any damage be incurred during your demo period you will be liable to either cover the cost of repair + devaluation or offered a full purchase.

Can I demo the same kit more than once?

The first time is free, after that you'll need to pay our standard rental rate.
But if you decide to buy we will gladly refund rental fee's of up to £60 off your purchase.
